Enzymatic Peel is a gentle yet effective exfoliating cream formulated with plant and bacterial enzymes, such as pineapple and papaya extracts, subtilisin, and lipase. This combination gently removes dead skin cells, promoting natural cell renewal and leaving the skin smoother and more radiant. In addition to cleansing, the exfoliator provides hydration thanks to panthenol, hydrolyzed silk, and sodium pyroglutamate, and helps maintain the skin’s elasticity and comfort. With regular use, the skin becomes fresh, even-toned, and visibly rejuvenated, without losing its natural moisture levels.

Delivery of goods is guaranteed within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery is made via Omniva parcel lockers or by courier to the specified address anywhere in Latvia. The delivery fee is calculated at the time the order is placed, and the order total may affect eligibility for free delivery.

Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Subscriptions and Gift Cards

Please be advised that all purchased subscriptions and gift cards are final sales. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for purchased subscriptions or gift cards.

Subscriptions and gift cards may be used during their validity period, in accordance with the company’s terms of service. If a customer is unable to use a purchased subscription or gift card for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

If a customer decides not to use the purchased subscription, its remaining or full value, following an individual assessment, may be converted into a gift card that can be used to purchase other company services or products. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

By purchasing a subscription or gift card, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Online Store Purchase and Return Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality requirements, cosmetics, skin care, body care, and other beauty products purchased from the online store cannot be returned after receipt and cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded.

The customer is required to inspect the received item upon receipt. If the item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by sending the relevant information and photos to the contact information provided by the company. Each case is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

This restriction does not apply to cases where a product is found to be noncompliant, defective, or subject to other circumstances provided for in regulatory acts that entitle the consumer to file a complaint regarding the quality of the product.

No-shows and Repeated Cancellations of Appointments

To ensure efficient appointment scheduling and high-quality service for all clients, please notify us in a timely manner if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If a client repeatedly cancels appointments less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fails to show up for a scheduled treatment without prior notice, the company reserves the right to:

• require full or partial prepayment to reserve future appointments;
• impose a compensation fee for a late cancellation of an appointment;
• deduct the cost of the reserved procedure from the customer's subscription;
• refuse to accept future service reservations without prepayment.

The purpose of these measures is to compensate for the loss of reserved time and to ensure fair access to services for other customers.
